Cumberland County Federal Credit Union is committed to its members with a service standard that is superior to other financial institutions. With a local focus, our goal is to be our members primary financial resource, providing useful products and services with a blend of personal attention and innovative technology. We aim to do this while maintaining the financial strength and integrity of the credit union.

Cumberland County Federal Credit Union was founded in 1954 to provide quality cost effective financial services to school department employees and their families. In 1973 we expanded to provide financial services to Cumberland County municipal employees and their families as well. We became a community credit union in 2005 and opened our charter to people who work, live, or worship in Cumberland and/or York counties, Maine.

In our early years we offered only shares (savings) and loans. Today we are a full-service financial institution offering a wide range of cost-effective services to our members. CCFCU is proud of its strong financial history.
